Data compromised
2,515 records: names, email addresses, age, sex, member IDs, questionnaire data and skin-measurement results (including timestamps). Face images from the measurement are not in the leaked set. Cards are not handled on the system. Other FCA tools (肌パシャ, Men's Skin Checker, Elixir AI Skin Analyser, IPSA tools) paused with no leak confirmed on those products yet. Investigation continuing.

Root cause
Unauthorised access on 27 October 2026 to the online skin-measurement system Facial Condition Analyzer (FCA) used by Beauty Alive Circulation Check. Some data was altered and taken off the system. Developer and external specialists engaged. PPC and police notified.
