As of 16 Oct: ~1.83 million personal-information items leaked. ~150,000 contained one or more of name, email, postal address, phone, DOB (~120,000 included an email). ~1.68 million items were non-identifying identifiers only. No card numbers. PPC reported 11 Oct. Credentials disabled. recordsAffected 1830000 is the item count, not 1.83M people.

Stolen credentials (means unknown) used against a cloud service Nikkei used for system development. Unauthorized access from early hours to morning of 7 Oct 2026. Distinct from the July/Oct employee cloud-mail incidents.
