Root cause
Cyberattack on Retail Express, a third party that stored customer records. Napoleon Perdis learned in June 2026; vendor confirmed in August that an unauthorized party had access November 2025–June 2026. System permanently shut down. Current napoleonperdis.com store not in scope.
