Per the White House election-integrity summary and contemporaneous Center Square reporting, a self-described hacker foiled security and obtained 633,000 voter registration files; the scraping was the most-flagged security incident in a U.S. spy-agency cyberintrusion log around Election Day and prompted an extensive FBI investigation that located a suspect in Fountain Hills, Arizona, who confessed.
