British and US spies hacked into the routers and networks of several victim organizations by feeding telcom engineers malicious
LinkedIn and Slashdot pages, according to documents released by NSA whistleblower Edward Snowden. Once the computer browsers of
the engineers pulled up the fake pages, malware was installed giving the agencies the ability to penetrate the internal networks.
