A dishonest employee accessed the Electronic Data System's database of names and Social Security numbers of student loan borrowers.  The former employee then used the information to file false tax returns in 2009.  Sentencing is scheduled for December 19, 2011 and involves a minimum of two years in prison, a maximum of 354 years in prison, and a maximum fine of $6,250,000.UPDATE (12/22/2011): The dishonest employee was sentenced to 94 months in federal prison for stealing the identities of stude
