In early June 2026, VECERT-style security alerts described forum marketing by MDGhost alleging roughly fourteen million Chilean voter records from the Servicio Electoral de Chile (SERVEL). This is separate from SERVEL’s 2019 HIBP-class incident. SERVEL had not published a matching June 2026 notice at catalog time; BreachHistory indexes the actor-claimed total as unverified.
