Integrated Pain Associates: Feb Breach Puts SSNs, PHI at Risk

Integrated Pain Associates posted an April 30, 2026 notice about suspicious activity on its computer systems. The investigation determined that certain information may have been subject to unauthorized access or acquisition on or around February 24, 2026.

Potentially affected data includes names, addresses, dates of birth, driver license numbers, Social Security numbers, diagnosis or condition information, medication information, health insurance information, provider names, treatment information, and financial account information. The organization said its review was still determining the full scope and offered credit monitoring and identity protection services.
